E3 2012: Far Cry 3 Has Dedicated Four-Player Co-op Campaign

At the Sony Press Conference the developers of Far Cry 3 revealed that the game has dedicated co-op campaign and that they “weren’t building 1, but 2 games.”

The demo showed 4 players trying to destroy a railway bridge where 1 person had to carry the explosives and the others had to provide cover since the person carrying the explosives was unable to shoot. This mode was emphasized to be as extensive as the open world single player and the multiplayer.

Far Cry 3 launches on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on September 4.
